getrag boxes were also fitted to some volvos which ones I do not know.
I chose to steer clear of volvo and just did my honda's

Yep PM member Doog on the club for .... but E30 Getrag gearboxes in 5 spd are only about $350 in VGC...but they only fit up to BMW motors so Im wondering why this may maybe an option???or why youre not asking someone on a BMW forum???

I wouldn't say there is too many left, but I guess a BMW forum would be a good place to start, for prices and availability anyway.
I have heard that some BMW's run a GM box, but don't quote me on it.
What model BMW is it? Just out of interest.

i,m thinking about buying a bmw 77 model now my problem is that i wish to have a manul but i have no clue how much bmw boxes are worth so i,m looking to buy a 5 or a 4 speed box for a 77 bmw any help would be greaty aprecatied
