If you haven't got the stats yet, you're in luck. Tonight I will post stats on the A12, A14 and A15 on DATSUNS.COM, as well as other technical information on
the 210 and B210. Last night I complied a fiar amount of data into a spreadsheet, and will upload that info tonight. Stay tuned! Dave Lum '72 1200 getting SR20DET '71 1600 w/ VG30DE '00 Maxima SE www.datsuns.com

There were basically three stages of A14 motors. 70-HP, 80-HP and later 81-82 years 65-HP models. I have seen 75-HP and 78-HP models also, here in America. There were numerous
high performance engines that did not state the HP ratings on the firewall tags. The alternators are the same for all models but some are 35 Watt and some are 65 Watt. If you have a few add on electricals, it is best to use the later IC-regulated alternators as they are 65 Watts and require no voltage regulator mounted on the firewall or fenderwell.
