$3000 seems fair if it's in very good condition both mechanically and body wise.
I wouldn't wait too long as the tidy ones always get snapped up quickly.

know a guy whos willing to sell his 1200 sedan, its ridgey didge, owners took great care of it, garaged, cleaned and waxed all its like, cant find any rust, its straight and paint looks good..
