you might be best getting a whole stanza out of the paper for $100-200 or something. I fluked getting my gear all free/cheap but I don't have any spare brakes or anything like that.

That was engine, 5 speed box, x members, hilux diff, FMIC, computer and fittings..... but not includeing fitting.... just everything to do the actual converstion.

This was about 8 months ago now.

Unfortunately there are no Datsun parts in Cairns either!! Every now and then a 120Y might come up in the abandonded cars autions.

Hey Guys, another townsvillian here, people to speak about datsun, skimmo from top gear or Ian Ogilvie (down beside key motors). Skimmo and Ogilvie have and still race datsun in rally and sprint series.

For the ca18 stuff i'd recommend old mate from the carby centre... he has offered me the whole package before but never had the money to do it.

As far as wreckers, what gobsacked was saying try bullimore's (to the north) or Jim Beedle (out stuart way)

And yeah welcome to townsville, ever see a Red B120 ute around?? that'd be me.
