Yep down for me too, sadly I had to do some physical activities, almost killed me with all that natural light outside but I am sure with a few hours of browsing the site I will feel much better!

ya..
i think might be some international link from the ISP is down this happens to my place for few months already i wonder why they not wan to get the problem fixed. many foreign website i cant go, or its very slow. but local site is ok damn

this happens once in awhile. closed for some isp's and open for others. notice how there are continuous posts during the down time. no idea why this happens to the xoops project
