no no.. :)
i not own a K-car
however i wish to get one (like honda beat, suzuki cuppocino ) <-- wrong spelling i guess.

in our country k-car not have special registration plate, however they enjoy cheaper roadtax (according to displacement)

however in japan they do have special registration plate.. :D so cool.

yeah..
i think i will start searching for those things soon.. sure my car will be light.
for a/c compressor.. i think i will leave it as if for now.. cause the weather here is so hot..

Yes, I think it is do-able.

The A-series engine does not need a large battery, a small one is fine. Today's small batteries are more powerful the the large batteries of the 1970s.

Also same for the alternator. Newer Corollas for example have a smalller alternator than the 1200, yet it puts our more power. The B110 alternator is much smaller and lighter than the B310 alternator.

As for the aircon compressor that may not be enough for a B310 wagon, but should be OK for a sedan. If you have a wagon, get a compressor from a K-van.

Do you have a yellow number plate on your K ka?
