$43 for a brand new aluminum radiator! Who would've guessed that VW was so price-friendly.

I'm using a 1986 Volkswagen Golf radiator, narrow version that is 24" wide. The AC models have a wider radiator.
Pluses- light weight, high capacity, cheap ($43.00 new from Halsey Automotive in Portland OR). Minuses- both hose connections are on the right side so you have to make a long lower hose, also needs a purge tank. I've put some photos in my new personal album showing the install. just wondering what radiators everyone is using, looking to replace my heavy stock 3 row radiator
