The 210 [B310] used the H150 differential, as did most of the b210 models.
The most common ratio was 3.9 to 1, but 3.54 to 1 was not uncommon. I am surprised that you are unable to come up with a replacement as differentials are not the biggest selling item in wrecking yards.

If you examine the manufacturers build plates in the engine bay you should be able to determine the original ratio, & I think that you should have less difficulty finding a replacement differential than finding & fitting a complete rear end from an A10 car.

I posted a few weeks ago telling a story about how I had driveline
problems with my '79 210. For those of you who do not know, I'm
hearing a loud (and I mean loud) knocking noise from the rear of the car when it is in
gear. I thought the problem was a result of bad u-joints, but it
turned out I was wrong. Although, the problem has not been officially
diagnosed, I believe it is a problem with a gear(mainly the pinion) in the
differential. Because of this, I'm figuring that it will be rather
hard to find just the pinion or whatever faulty gears I have in the
differential rather than the entire rear axle. I've done some
searching for 210 parts in my area (Phoenix, AZ) and I have come up
with little. I have heard of people "upgrading" to Stanza rear axles,
and I was thinking they may be easier to find. Has anyone done this or
know anything about beginning a conversion such as this? Are there any other options? Thanks
