I've thought about trying to repair / refurb the one I have, it just has a few bad spots but I have no idea how to repair it properly. I assume there's a way but do I really want another learning curve.....only if I have to.

There's also a fellow in Canada that has NOS ones for sale, but he's very proud of them. His price reflects his pride!

It looks like Bluemax's isn't going to work out. If you've got one in better shape then mine I'd take it.
