By the way how much does it cost to just turn up on the Sunday - and not enter the car into the show and shine?

Surely not $75 just to get in?

Dodgeman = most likely me. Mine's pale green and a bit tatty looking.

After looking at maps, etc, I reckon I might head for the Cranbourne meeting spot. Again, I don't know if or when we'll get there, so if I do make it I'll see you guys there.

Cheers,
Dave

its like, when you come into melbourne, you can either go city link or western ring road to get to the city. (if you go city link you will have to back track a bit)

if you go ring road, just before you get into the city and you go over the big bridge, on the left is a shell service station (stay in the left lane over the bridge or you might miss the turn off)

we will be there at 10

hope to see you there

Dave
Was it you I saw in MacDonalds at Sally's Corner about mid afternoon with a 1600 racer on the trailer?
[Sally's Corner = twin Shell service stations in the Southern Highlands, about 20K on your side of Marulan]

Hi guys,

I'm coming down from Newcastle with my 1600 on a trailer (in Holbrook at the moment for the night).

Whereabouts is "in-bound shell, westgate" ? A street addres or similar would be really good as I've never been in Melbourne. A quick look on google and whereis failed to turn anything up.

It would be good to meet up and cruise down with others (might save me getting lost as well ).

Anyway, if I hear back from someone tonight I might try to meet up. Don't wait if I'm not there though - I was trying to leave Newcastle at 8:30 this moring and we didn't actually leave till after 11

Thanks,
Dave
