not many buyers in vic at the moment that i know of, not on this site anyway

can arrange transport to melbourne depot of car transport firm (costs $160 to melbourne)
not sure about melb to sydney cost?

thought it would sell quickly...is it too expensive?

was looking to get about $2500,but depending on offer will consider swaps for parts n cash

Hi again folks the utes finished and has to go to pay for airfares for holiday.....Pity as its lookin good and is heaps of fun to drive to work. im sellin it as it is with no rego,but it has a current vic permit for 28 days..anyhow heres some specs

1976 1200 ute
new front guards and tailgate....(taiwanese panels)
new chrome tailights
fresh pearl green acrylic paint job
black interior and neat original factory vinyl floor
seats are torn but the covers would pass rwc

Motor is an A12 originally built for a dune buggy with a decent mild camshaft and a fresh high comp roundport head fitted to standard carb and exhaust....new plugs, leads,points,oil,filter etc runs great high in the rev range and still has good low down torque..has leaky exhaust flange but not too loud though..

tyres look fine and should be fine for rwc
brakes are pretty good though could do with adjusting as they feel better after a second pump on the pedal...

has the bigger h165 diff in it and will soon have some trx 15 inch mags to put on it if i get offered enough...
have a spare 1200 sedan for parts that i can throw in for the right price,but id like to keep it to do up later on if the ute sells by itself
