hmm.. Kinda like mine but different. Further to my previous post, when I installed the toyota 5-speed I only had to but a new Excedy 190mm clutch plate. I counted the splines on the gearbox and there was a clutch plate available with the exact same dimensions as my original. Unbelieveable !! Some days you just can't loose!

I use an Excedy ceramic 4-button clutch in my race car and I love it. All A-series clutches are 180mm diameter. The E-series motors use 190mm. I purchased an E-series 190mm clutch and my clutch guy used my original a-series housing so it would attach to my flywheel. my car will spin both back wheels (its locked) in any gear possible without the clutch slipping, but the pedal isn't hard at all.

Can any body reccomend a replacement clutch brand. Ive got a 1977 b210 5 speed
A14 engine. Any body know of some performance brands that make a clutch for this tranny or will another model fit in its place, like a 240sx or maxima clutch? What do you guys use? You can view topic.
