My datsun makes me depressed. I'm forever working on it, and hardly ever driving/getting enjoyment from it. sigh

Is this becoming some sort of depression thread? I'll admit I'm depressed and my sedan has helped me though alot of the bad times. It's nice to know it wont give up on me like people I've known over the years.
As for the Peter thing, aren't we on this forum to talk about the good things about Datsuns?

I read his depression page thanks to Google Cache. His site is down from too many visitors. It's a sad story, I kind of like Peter again
But he does need to chill out ![]() ps. I like the troll warning.

Ok so I read his Pete's Bio, and he had a tough life and all, but I still don't see any reason why he should act the way he does.
I quote from his website; Quote: 2. Make friends, take time to talk and to smell the flowers. 4. Be kind to all worlds creatures and people, they deserve that kindness. 8. Admit to your sins, say sorry it will help you stay around longer. 9. LIFE IS TO LOVE THE WORLD SO IT WILL LOVE YOU BACK. All very philosophical words, and they are true, but why doesn't he practice what he preaches? I mean, most of us have tried to give him hints, ask him nicely, tell him straight up, that what he is doing is not acceptable, and that it makes the experience on this website unpleasant for everyone else. Yet he carries on with his ways. I quote once again; Quote: 14. ABOUT ME, I believe I'll be ok provided I'm left alone to go my own pace, which is pretty fast if on my GIXXER (GSXR750), allowed to be how it best suits me, not harming anyone else, and be just me, only now I'm a much nicer person, it took me fifty years to achieve this change for the better. 15. I'm at the moment putting myself first, getting things how I want them to maintain my new happiness (After this point is reached I'll be thinking a lot more of others). Contradictory statements right after each other. He will do what he wants, as long as it doesn't hurt others, but then he'll do how he pleases as long as it keeps him happy...??? So until he reaches the point where "I'll be thinking a lot more of others", I'll mark every thing he posts with the troll warning. One other thing, why is it that he can spell huge complicated words properly on his website, but on this site he can hardly put one word down with the correct spelling?

In the mean time, Kuluadotgroen has got it sorted, if we ignore him maybe he'll go away. You know, he really seems to be a nice guy at times, but I really can't understand why he phases out like that sometimes. Until he gets back in phase, and posts an apology in a thread(without a photo), or goes away, I will keep posting the troll warning to each and every photo he ever uploads on this site. I have a lot of time, patience and tenacity with that kind of thing. Quote: it would be better to go to his website where he has a comprehensive, warts & all Bio What is the URL to his website? It doesn't appear in his profile...EDIT: no bother, I found it by accident...

I have just had another PM from Peter & it could only be described as a pleasant exchange with what I hope is a productive outcome, & I thank him for writing to me.
Rather than speculate about his background, it would be better to go to his website where he has a comprehensive, warts & all Bio. I think that a good read, along with a little understanding will go a long way towards making things better for all of us. Lets face it, we do rise to the bait like a hungry trout, so perhaps a little abstinance with posting will be helpfull. I know i'll try. You can view topic.
