Hi Bennie su carbs can ge fun to tune without vac guages connected ... scew jets Anticlockwise to lean them out and clock wise to richen the mix depending on the sea level (altittude) where you live.you will find starting at the lean setting and go for a drive and keep changing the mix click by click till the engine pulls the smoothest and quietest , you should advance dizzy a tad to compensate or valve bouncing will occur if too lean or advanced.My A14 runs twin su's and timing is set at 7% works for my mill hoooold on

Hi there can someone tell me how many turns the screw underneath the SU carbs nust have to have it light on fuel
