Cool - off the ABS in the morn I think. I have secured a surge tank and some rubber hose - so this should just about sort my EFI system.
I'll go 3/8" too (copying Andrew's coupe)

Whatever you do dont use copper tube the inside can flake off and clog you pumps and filters as well as being very brittle and can crack easiley just bo down to your local brake place and ask for some 5/8th bundy tube easy enough to bend buy hand or with a small pipe bender if you want it looking smick good luck

I've been using bundy tube all week putting in my fuel lines. Bends pretty easily once you stop trying to use a bit of wood with a hole in it and use a cheap pipe bender off ebay.
What are you doing about feed/return from the tank? If you do go the bundy tube option try a brakes place. Repco and Supercrap had no idea what I was talking about.... or maybe that's just because I'm in Geelong (No offense Pigdog).

Mate,
Ive heard of guys using copper but i wouldn't plus i think it is illegal in some states, not too sure though. You can buy Bundy tubing from Repco, Autopro and those places. If you want to go upmarket then use Aluminium or Stainless tubing. Bundy and Al are easy to bend, Stainless is a bit harder though (But looks great in a show car).

Up for doing my fuel system on the weekend and off to buy some pipe to do it.
I was just going to get copper/nickel piping as it's easy to bend - but are there any materials I should or shouldn't use in high pressure fuel? You can view topic.
