The font used is a custom font designed for Nissan. They used the same font for the "Datsun" "Sunny" "Sunny 1200" and "Datsun 1200" badges.

Has anybody worked out what font they originally used for the badges.

I have about 9 fonts that could all pass but are not exactly the same.
I have over 10000 fonts at work and can't match one. I have spent ages on it. I will be trying to take a pic of my badges and see if i have anymore luck.

Ahh,reminds me of when i was an apprentice when EH Holdens where almost new,doing private jobs on the bosses time,still it did help pay for my first Datto racing car

My mate has a font matching programme at his work with thousands of fonts, so he'll run it through that!

I still havent worked out what font the logo is in, I've been trying for ages. I'll have a bash at it tomorow if Im not busy and get back to you.

Yeh he will be tracing it. He wants the biggest res image he can get.

If they are all bent thats ok, he can make it look all straight and good. Prob just the D he needs to do, and get a font from his sticker making software thats simmiler.
