He's ruining his own chances of selling by admitting he's out to sell at stupid prices. He didn't list what I wrote.
I didn't get stupid, just told him he were an absolute disgrace and that he ought not associate such ridiculous pricings with this website. I don't think he's from this forum. He does'nt deserve to be in possesion of such an item.

And he posted this:
"OKAY GUYS, ENOUGH SILLY BUGGERS, IF YOU HAVEN'T FIGURED OUT BY NOW THAT I'VE JUST BEEN TAKING THE PISS THEN I APOLOGISE, BUT YOU HAVE TO ADMIT, I CERTAINLY GOT YOUR ATTENTION!! SERIOUSLY, WHO WOULD HONESTLY PAY SUCH A REDICULOUS AMOUNT FOR ONE OF THESE? AND WHAT AMOUNT WOULD THAT BE? 'CAUSE I CAN'T FOR THE LIFE OF ME BELIEVE WHAT I'VE SEEN RECENTLY....BUT IF IT IS TRUE THEN PLEASE SHOW ME HERE. GO RIGHT AHEAD, BID HARD AND BID BIG, JUST BE SURE YOU ARE FOR REAL BECAUSE IT IS TIME TO GET SELLING. ***THANKS FOR BEING SUCH GOOD SPORTS.*** " So who is it?

A few statistics
He has been an ebayer for 10 months Has traded 10 times In last 3 months, 4 trades. Items sold in last 3 months 2 girls swim wear Items bought in last 3 months. ! Valiant Ute brochure, I Hatfield V8 into Holden booklet. 6 items over 90 days old so no details. Negative feedback - none I guess he is entitled to have a go. The prices are too high for me to even think about, so I won't be bidding. If nobody else does either then he can chose to re-list, withdraw completely, or offer it up in the local Broken Hill newspaper or, .....[other] If he actually wants to sell it then he will need to have a look at the market & adjust pricing accordingly. Removing a zero will probably be closer to the mark I think, but whatever, it's his item & he can 'ask' whatever he likes. It's like sex, you don't ask, you don't get, but in his case he's a little ambitious

the last 5 speed wouldnt have been sold.
it would have been a dummy bid because noone would be stupid enough to buy one for that price. response from seller...... Quote: well, i guess you're entitled to have an opinion, but it is my prerogative to list the item, so we'll see what happens 'a'...besides, who knows if i really want to sell it - as they say, everything is for sale at the right price. feel free to make an offer if you like,

He must have seen the last 5 speed go for that outrageous price. He's looked at the bid history and decided he's in for a chance. Unbelievable, someone should ask him why he thinks it should sell for that much.
