the back end of my datsun got rusted out so we took off the back end and are currently fixing a mini one tonner flat top tray on it. it wont really change the weighting will it? depends on whether we use an aluminium or steel tray...

stock they weigh just under 700 and the gvm is 1200 so its got half ton capacity.

I always understood the ute to be a half tonner or 500kg load capacity.

My ute has got 690kg on the rego papers.

They go on the heaviest variant in the model range for engineering if that's what's you're wondering about, which is the wagon at 720kg.

go down to your local tip and drive over the weighbridge.

GVM and TARE weight should be on the rego papers, the difference should be the legal load... I think
