SILVER - Saw a silver 1200 ute in Perth yesterday. Looked very nice. I have 2 silver cars. My Micra is silver and very average in terms of carpark dents and scratches and being silver they dont stand out.
It looks classy and highlights or pinstripe in a darker silver looks awesome. My 1200 coupe is mid/dark green with gold pearl. Worst colour for imperfections. Painted it twice and thought my prep was excellent. Still has subtle imperfections.

silver doesnt really show imperfections. black does more than any other color. if your car isnt staright as a gun barrel then you will see every little dint and highspot. trust me on this im a painter.

Yeah, I hate red too but a cherry red done right would be pretty good. But if you can't make up your mind, an awsome "mirror black" with super shiny wheels is my vote!!!

Only problem with silver is that is shows up imperfections in your bodywork...
It looks good when done well though

i say keep it stock safri yellow. but kalahari tan will always win over
i thought red for the old coupe but didnt suit the lines inthe rear that much (suits the rounded lines of the 120 more like trb012) stock is best, gold iss over and citic acid etc are done too. old school should always be just anice clean stockis paint job for class. You can view topic.
