I would take the second filter off after the surge, as it may restrict the flow. Pumps dont like to suck at the best of times.
I think that the efi filters are a finer than the low pressure ones, injectors have smaller openings for the fuel to travel through than carbys. Efi filters are not that expensive, so why risk it.

just a question, i just bout finishd my ca18det installl, just wondering if you have to run a EFI filter at all? coz i got my two filters filltering the fuel before surge tank and after.. so hopfully thats enough.. i would say so cheers, Ben You can view topic.
