r31 would be cheaper and would be strong enough to do the job...alot better if your planning on staying with the original stud pattern, but with ford and holden axles being the same its not hard to change stud pattern

ive got one in my car...seems to be a good unit

Hey guys how are ya's?
just a question about diffs/axles's..
where do you guys think i should get my setup from i.e. model. (for a sr20det 1200 ute)
i thought of a few, what would be best?

Ford 9 Inch
Nissan 31

anyone had any experiance with those? know one that is better?
obiviously it has to be cut/shortened but i would like as less hastle as possible.
