i have stroked/destroked up to 1.5mm[.060] with no problems[ rev to 8800rpm] I fill 3mm would be to much, i maybe wrong

depends on stock and condition of your crank. exchange will have a not refundable deposit if exchange crank is not repairable[bent, cracked, undersized,etc]

Do you have a price on a vrs kit for the a15?

another question, are you doing the knife edging on an exhange basis?

Can you machine a15 crankpins down to 37mm to run motorbike rods and get another 3mm stroke to 85mm stroke?

that crank is a A14 i can machine up a A15 or what ever u please
