i agree they r crap. spoke 2 2 top workshops in qld n they said that the D2 products r not the best quality especialy the coil overs. made from thin alloy and hit a good pot hole n they bend. the brakes suffer from heat soke n pad fade no matter what pads u use. only good 4 mild street use. so it comes down the the old " u get what u pay 4"

It is pretty amusing that only the first 2 pages of the test report are attached......damn pesky results might get in the way of sales!

Check out:
Testing In 'GERMANY' notice page 3/3 is missing, the page that would show an after result to compare with the before on page 2/3... What part of GERMANY was this testing performed?

d2 and poo both rhyme... coincidence? I think not... they are absolute #### mate and they will have a little sticker on them that says... "for off road use only" meaning they do not meet adr and therefore illegal to have on your road registered vehicle. I wouldn't touch d2 again with a ten foot pole. same goes for G4, racing logic and probably many more. not a nice word to say about them. You are better off keeping your eye out for skyline calipers or a set of ap's or wilwood's as whitesedan has mentioned

those brakes might look nice but really i doubt they are any better than any other performance brake setup, there is also such thing as too much brakes. my ute has vn commodore ss brakes and it stops more than competently and i doubt they would fail after a few long laps around a circuit plus the other advantage is they directly bolt up to 200b struts.

You need to do the same modifications as to fit a stanza or sunny strut but remove the lower spring seat and use a stanza or sunny one or a weld on coilover kit. Its 4stud. Pics of the strut are in my album.
Thats the superlight but I think the one in the kit is a 4piston caliper. I can't find the link on the net for the bloke that does the kit. These guys do the upgrade parts but someone had the whole lot including pads and lines for sale at one point.

thanks whitesedan.
does the 280zx strut bolt straight in? 4 or 5 stud? and is this the superlights your talking about? http://www.wilwood.com/BrakeKits/Pages/03/index.asp You can view topic.
