Must be worth as much as one of 'Topgears' LSD. There are 2 reasons you might be finding it hard to get as much money as one of Topgears, firstly the H150 isnt much stronger than an H145, which makes it unsuitable for the really hard launches which a lot of guys with modified Datsuns seem so keen on, secondly decent gearsets for them are almost impossible to find (very occasionally on Yahoo but very pricey) so the racers who are a bit easier on their diffs wont want one cause there are no ratios for them. This only leaves people after a tallish ratio LSD to put behind their 1200 GX motor, and I think that guy already has one. (this last line is supposed to be humorous)

Still for sale!
If your looking for a H145 lsd then this would be a great option as it will fit with little modification. Will bolt up to any Japan assembled 120Y rear end. Must be worth as much as one of 'Topgears' LSD. Genuine NEW Nismo LSD to everyone that has made an offer, Thanks at the moment no offer has reached the reserve Cheers

What I've read is that the TRD unit is not modified, but you need
* the right bolts * certain H165 carriers fit, others don't Does the Pitroad or Matsuoka page actually say modified? I guess I'll have to search the wiki... ah here it is:Quote: Pitroad sells a brand new LSD for the H165B axle (1985-up Sunny Truck) for about $1200 USD. It is from TRD (Toyota Racing Development) and is a bolt in when using the AE86 ring gear bolts. Pitroad H165 LSD

Pitroad and Matsuoka Engineering do offer a modified TRD H165. Apparently the body of the hemisphere is machined down to receive the smaller Nissan /Datsun bearings [compared to the toyota ones] to mount the hemisphere in the carrier.

This is copied directly from the relevant Pitroad page.
21. NISMO H145, H150 and H165 L.S.D. . . H145-H165 production abolition. If this is correct, then the NISMO LSD's are NLA in all three nominated sizes, but the H165 one could easily be available from another manufacturer. The H150 unit was never a big seller, yet for use behind the short stroke engines these could easily be the best choice. You can view topic.
