all after market tunnel's require the heater to be removed eg. maddat's complet weld in tunnle i cannot comment on aftermarket tunnels. but non standard tunnels dont always need the heater removed. Im running an auto stanza tunnel in my 1200 ute, and still using the factory heater for rego purposes, and to keep me warm! good luck

hi hotrocket
all after market tunnel's require the heater to be removed eg. maddat's complet weld in tunnle it depends on if you want the gear box in and out a fair bit if not just give the stock tunnel a massarge with a hammer till it fits thats what most ppl do that want to keep the heater and dont want to weld it a new tunnel hop this helps ya bud cheers matty
