All other B10 models were made in LHD, but not the 'precious' As for the 1.1 Litre engine, I'd cut him some slack & call it a typo as it would need a bore size of 77mm [A14 + second oversize] to bring the little A10 out to 1099cc & it would be necessary to bore the little end to 19mm [from 17.5mm] to make it work.

Nothing really odd there Bert, they are just listing mistakes, they are very easy to make for the unwary, I know I still look at items I list on ebay and see stupid mistakes, but I am not trying to mislead anyone.

This is the sellers description.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This car is in excellent, driveable, registerable condition. Recently resprayed with no rust and all trim intact. $3000 was paid in 2005 and since then a number of improvements have been made (from two other shells) to make it road worthy. Hardwood floor laid in back (photo available on request) Only needs the door rubbers to make it waterproof. Comes with a bunch of spare parts as well as a second set of 13inch mags (different to those shown) Heaps of fun to drive around town but would need 4speed gearbox for highway driving. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From this we can tell that for the $10,000 "Buy it now" price you get 1. An unregistered car with 2. A hardwood floor in the rear[?] 3. It has either poor door rubbers, or no door rubbers at all. 4. It has been resprayed but since the rear window weatherstrip [rubber] is not available then either the old [& by now crook] rubber was refitted, or it was sprayed with the rubbers & windows still in place. 5. It needs a 4 speed for highway driving, so I wonder what it has in it now. It would have come with a 4 speed from new & top gear in the 3 speed [1967 Sedans & Vans only] 4 speeds, & even the 1200 GX 5 speed all have a 1 to 1 ratio so lord knows how a 4 speed would be an advantage for highway use. None the less, .....A thing of beauty is a joy forever.

This is a tidy little car that looks good from the outside, the buy it now is totally over the top but it never hurts to put it out there.
As a multiple KB10 owner I think its a great car as a first Datsun or a second weekend Datsun, the KB10s are rare and desirable, they weigh bugger all and have a certain quality to the interior and exterior finishes (the stainless window frames front and rear, the alloy dash, the centre mounted handbrake) that the later 1200s and other 1000s never received. At the time of the inception of the "Sunny" concept Nissan went all out to make the coupe a bit of a special vehicle, it was the Flagship of a new and untested range and this attention to detail is still evident forty years later.
