do everything to it. dont stop for second best. later on the track youll want to change something you were thinking you should of done before and do a me and pull it apart and start again. check my photos. thats my old setup and now ive gone crazy and started again. So do it all first time.

i would just say its best to do everything properly the first time, yeah it costs more but when you got everything in pieces you might as well do everything. i was going to take some shortcuts to get it running quicker and cheaper, but its not worth it and i am happy now cos i dont have to pull it all apart again. its a pretty tight fit.

Removable front ends are a good idea if you do them properly so they retain their strength and rigidity (weld nuts, overlap the metal etc).

Hey ben depends on where you are,

but i do no my engineer in dubbo has told me that the tunnel "MUST" over lap by 20mm all round and welded in both sides in & out when installing,

i also CANT understand why you blokes are cutting the rad support out!!!!, why dont you lift the car up abit higher....... it looks ####tttttt

Yeah i know all that stuff, already been discussed with my engineer.
my 1200 is a auto so i dont think i have to cut the trans tunnel.

do something about the standard trans tunnel, cut the top radiator support panel out to make it easy to get engine in and out. upgrade brakes suspension and diff, theres a few other things that i'll think of
