ill give u a couple of quick base ideas so u can build from them.
electronic thermo fans- then take ur old one off the waterpump pulley. convert it to E15 electronic dissy. small weber possibly 33/36 extractors and 2" exhaust. cam and head work. just a base. and if u feel like it put an A15 in its place then do those mods to it.

the problem wid my datto is it wont sit even in the rain even though i have front disc brakes some how the back drums are still strong enough to stop my back wheels from spinning
