what struts are you using if they are stanza struts you should find somthing with the same off set as a TRX rim. if its a 16 x 7 you will need a +35 off set if they are 16 x 6 you will need around +20 to a + 25.
I have been trying to figure it out for about 2 years now and finally got it right this week end. both rims sit inside the guards and dont scrub.

i couldnt fit my gaurd roller on the datto... the suspension didnt have enough sag, way around it but i put it in the meh pile and just bent up the lip. With 16's i rekon you're going to have more problems with rub on the wheel tub by your feet when in the car. Had that problem with 15's with an average offset.... no enough castor.

Good luck i guess

does anybody have 16x7 0 offset rims fitted to there 1200... if you do is it possible to just roll the gaurds out or do you have to fit moulded guards?
