Well i think from experience people with any know wouldn't buy a freshly resprayed car. Theres an old saying in the game. Paint hides a multitude of sins. Thats not to say your going to do a bodge job. Personally i would rather see all the repairs just done in primer with a bit of guide coat to rub and blow in thats providing the color on its still Acrylic which it looks like to me. Though if you have a digital camera you could take pics of the rust repairs during the progress. Good luck with it. Also im no Guru on car values i just go on what i see and hear and experience.

i'm just gettin an idea of what its worth. the rust is bein cut out at the moment and its bout to go for a respray. not goin to sell it yet jus trying to see if there's any interest out there.

Tell him hes dreaming. Would like to see many more pics especially all known areas for rust and close pics to. Then good pics of all the chrome work and much more even if thats all good i say $3000 tops.

yea original motor (a12) and 4 speed. 4 speed in pretty good nic for age. the car has had a pretty good life

Elijah, thanks for the email, there seems to be a problem with your email address, it bounces whenever I reply. I'd conservatively estimate she's worth between $2500 and $4500, depending on condition and mods/engine/repairs/respray/spares etc.
Does the car have the original A12 & 4-speed?
