wat diff ratio's

hey guys..
was interested in wat diff ratio's people are using in 1200 ute's with ca18det conversions and hilux diffs.. I had a bloke tell me that a hilux diff with 4:1 and 14inc wheels will sit on 4100rpms at 100ks does this sound right.. thanks blair..
