Reading this thread a couple of weeks back, it inspired me to finally fit the pair of NOS Tokico Prodra-G rear shocks i had sitting in the cupboard. Apparently back in the day these were the shocks to fit. So far good, the ride is a bit more firm but it has seemed to have improved the road holding and is better suited to the sporty setup that I prefer on the road.

Does anyone else run these shocks. The last time I saw some would have been in the early nineties. Here is a couple of pics of the little gems.

has anyone heard through the grape vine that you can use sigma wagon shocks under a 1200 ute or sedan??

I have a section of the bilstein catalog from my suspension shop and I reckon volvo ones are the go, i think they are from an 850 i dont remember exactly i can check when I get home.
The are 435mm extended and 275mm compressed.
I can get a bilstein part number for you if you want

the stock shocker in my sedan has about 1" of travel, i'd like at least 3" maybe even 4" to get rid of possibly bottoming out all together.

It says 87-89 Toyota wagon fit 1200 sedan but about the same compressed length: 13.39 inches

B210 shocks compress 17mm shorter than B110, so that's one possibility.

i know its been discussed numerous times on here but the only real definite i can find id the torago shocker as a bolt in, heavier dampening and shorter shock absorber ...

i've just tried the saab 900 front shockers but the ride height of my datto need to be about 3-4"s lower to actually use the travel of these shocks

so, john taylor has gemini front konis listed as his rear upgrade for the coupes to match his springs, is there anyone who can confirm if these will suit a sedan ?? or if there is anything that will ?

if it comes down to it, i'll get some that are close modded to suit but first off i'd like to go down the 'straight bolt in' option ...

my sedans no where near stock ride height and sits with a 185/45/15 just in the rear arch.

any info or suggestions much appreciated
