Es or EY
The only difference is the V grooved electrode
SO either will do

ES is common as much anyone should have them
EY would be a better plug though

If you use BP5EY you get a V groove electrode so a fatter spark

I used BP7ES in the hottie
I use 6's in the standard A15 streeter

Hey guys,

I'm looking for what type of spark plugs I should use in my Datsun 1200, 1980 Ute, Australia. Everything is stock to my knowledge except for the extractors and the 5 speed gear box. Also what gap should I set it to?

Cheers.
