Hi,
This happen because I was trying to speed up the site and cached the user menu for 30 minutes, so it remained red even after you read the new messages. It was a bad idea and it should be ok now. daniel

i am having the same thing, i am pretty sure someone sent me some pm's but i cant see them in my inbox and i have (3) in red next to my mail...
anyone got any ideas?

Are you seeing a page that says HTTP 500 or "Server Error" or "The website cannot display the page"? That's the problem previously reported in Inbox: HTTP 500 error

today ive had a red 1 in brackets come up next to inbox it the side menu but when i click it there is no message ... whats the deal with it?
