My suggestion would be to use round brake ducts or at least rectangular, shaped to round at the back.
This enables round flexable ducting to be clamped straight to the rear of the spoiler. Maybe make it to suit 3" ducting also.

The spoiler has been sitting around for a while I finaly finished the plug ready to make the mould. Hope fully it will look allright when finished. I decided not to make the mould with brake ducts if I need them I will buy a set and cut them in.

Looks the goods and it would be interesting to know the effect of such a spoiler on this car?
I would prob go retangular brake ducts, with a radiused edge. But either way the bar looks the goods and I like the way it goes around the intercooler.

I couldn't transport the car with the spoiler and the few spares weren't allowed in the car. I got a quote for $480 to truck a spoiler, diff center and a laptop. I plan to truck them over here but in the mean while I thought I might have a go myself at making one.

If you go round ones make them like a polstyrene cup shape this will help it come out of the mould easier ,you have along way to go but you have come sofar ,good to see you have made the effort to be original ,its not easy and alot of cash will be spent be 100% happy with the product before you make the mould as moulds can be expensive little buggers to make ..
I see this is harrys old 1200 what happend to the front bar from it ,cheers geoff

rectangular, like the indicators, intercooler, grill and the slot of the bonnet scoop. the only round things are te head lights, and they have black rectangles of tape on them too for racing.

Did you carve that from foam yourself!?!? I think you should finish it and go with round ducts to keep with the theme because the headlights are single rounds.

Is it worth carrying on with this spoiler it taken about 4 hours so far with a fair bit more to go(epoxying and mould making plus final product)? If so should I use square or round brake ducts?
