I will try and find one of my tacho in the next couple of days and get a better picture and do a weeee write up of what goes were.

That so looks like my car when I installed the tacho the other day but I took the steer wheel off.

Looks don't matter. My tachometer looks just like the 1200 one but is from a 1974 Datsun 620 and is wired totally differently.
