Precise measurement? B110 and B210 are:
* 51.36 in (1305 mm) outside brake drums or * 1185 mm axle flange-to-flange (less brakes) Sedan diff to Sedan swaps. Coupe to Coupe swaps. No welding needed. For B210, just use the B210 shock mounts and U-bolts. Fits onto a 1200.

Are you running the 120y borgwarner diff not the crappy little 120y jap spec one? I never broke locked bw 120ys with well over 100kw at the wheels and button clutch. I reckon the borgwarner would be as tuff if not tuffer than h165 ute diff and easy to find spares for them, try finding spare axles for a ute diff! Axle tramp is what kills them

Damper mounts will need to be welded to the diff if a sedan. .
Brake line also on the other side in a sedan.

yep, but the mounts are slightly different
120y has a larger location hole than 1200 diffs as they use the rubber spacer things
