Sorry I haven't been back to you guys. Been a bit crook. It is a Ford Corsiar FWD. So I was thinking about using it to power my next project 64 1200 ute. I whent ant took a look at it. Apart from the overall greasie oil leaking state it is in, the coolant in the sump is a bit off putting. I think the best place for it is the crusher. Let it come back as a washing mashine or something usefull. Now I know why it was free!

CA20E is a fine motor for non-Turbo use.

Pete,if you had a decent lake and a boat up there you could use it as an anchor....guess thats why it's free.
Yeah your going to take a photo of a Pintara i suspect.
Could probably use it as a stationary motor for a genny or a pump or fork lift or the like.
Horrible thing!

8 sprk 4cyl. Sounds like Z-series engine.

Basically L-series with crossflow head.SO yes good for 1200.
