The Sonata rotor is set up as a "floating" unit.It uses the Datsun hub wheel studs to locate on the outside of the hub(which sits inside the rotor hub)and also widens the front track by the thickness of the inner face of the sonata rotor.
You need to use 1000 or 1200 drum brake hubs unless you want to machine other hubs to fit inside.

I was thinking about using some S13 rotors, but i'm not entirely sure what it will take to do it. Can't you use S13 rotors on a 1200 hub? Sonata rotor are a good option, do they fi t on a 1200 hub?

1200 sedans and wagons used drum brakes, only the 1200 coupe had disks and look like what sidedraft has just posted.
You need the disc type hub so you can bolt a rotor to it.

The 1200 coupe hub will go straight onto a 1000 stub,i'm not aware of any other straight swap...but always open to others discoveries.

The Sonata route is a good trick if your capable of fabricating a bracket to hold the caliper
