If you have the arms wound out a fair way, you may have to drill a new hole in the control arms. The link ends need to be close to 90 deg. from the swaybar when the car is on its wheels.
I sent a new pair friday, but i think that it is not the problem.

I have had tha same set up on my ute, and race every month with no problems, and i run 3.2 neg camber.

LCA's, casrter arms and sway bar was all fitted. then @ a later date i have went to put in the struts and bolt'd the top in then holding the strut with one hand and the lca with the other i pushed down on the LCA slightly to get the strut in then on the drivers side same again and the sway bar link poped out .

the adjustable control arms are about 80% wound out and im shore this is why the link failed ?

yes and had it sitting the way the pic's on your instructions said to have it :)

im more worried that its not designed to run camber and it will keep happening ??
ill load some pic's up tonight n see wat ya think :)

cheers

Hey Jordan, Did it pop out when you were doing up the bottom bolt, or when you were trying to locate the link end to the control arm?

How far are the adjustable control arms wound out?

Oh and did you follow the instructions???

If you have done nothing wrong it may be a fault with the link, let me know and i will send a new set over to you.

Cheers Scott
