The "S" symbol is not copyrighted. The Sunny split-S symbol may be trademarked?

In any case the Bridgestone S symbol is just a regular S with lines are around it, it is not in two pieces like the Sunny symbol.

Those clever ... oh wait that's not my line! Mabey I should just roll with it and have 4x sunny multipliers on all corners, Bridgestone have good tyres but possibly bad timing with them axing a heap of jobs in Adelaide recently.

True, I like the yaris 2 door hatch, kinda has "Datsuny" quality about it. Combine that with the fact you can play topgear field sports with them and they're allright. I've driven an auto one though and I thought it was rubbish. It was a pizza delivery car so that may have 100% to do with it?

That was my model displaying the 'S' grille emblem.

Toyota is good. They make the Yaris.

Meh I go no beef with Toyota bashing, their K series motors have double rocker pedestal bolts compared to our single ones

maybe, maybe not, there might be a statute of limitations on copy right or registration of a name etc.

The "S" is over 90% ripoff of our beloved sunny badge
