Most likely it is the steering linkage (tie rods) and not the wheel or bearing. Have someone wiggle the steering wheel while you lie on the ground and watch the linkage. If it moves before the wheel does, the sloppiness is in the linkage.

do both move at the same time? if not check the ball joints (tie rod ends) on the steering arm on that side to see if they have let go

I checked it in Vertical way from top to bottom . there is no a considerable play on it,but when i check it from horizontal way (from left to right) vice Verse, there is a considerable play on it ,means when i try to tighten the wheel studs the wheel moves left to right vice versa Thanks regards Sumith

sounds like a wheel bearing mate ... grab the top and bottom of the wheel when the car is jacked up and see if there is excessive play ... if so then just replace the bearing

Hi Guys
I have Noticed my left side wheel is not moving straight.feel is is sloppy while turning, tried to remove it and fixed it,when i am tightening it from a wrench i felt the there is a little play (horizontally)on that particular wheel , what do you think guys what would be the reason ?
