bashing the footwell back is effective also, done that to all my cars

The stock caster arms (Tensions Rods) allow some adjustment, you can pull the front wheels 1/2 forward enough to solve the problem, probably.
Increased caster makes the steering heavier. And improves the feedback and reduces wandering.

On my 280zx struts they were shortened from the top and added onto the bottom. I've never had them rub with 14'' wheels. I think they are called roll center adjusters they come in various 'lengths'
Maybe that will help.

i have 200b struts in the wagon. the wheels scrub on the footwells. other than bashing them in, what solutions do i have?
if i shorten the coller on the radius rod to pull the wheel forward a bit how will that effect the geometry of the rest of the suspension. it has to be done right as i have approval in princple for the bridgeport so the car is going to be engineered and police inspected. cheers You can view topic.
