The PJZ head looks like someone modified the inlet ports into D-shaped ports. This a common port shape on other heads.
But I'm really surprised by the Janspeed head, with squirqle ports. That must have been solely to get the max flow with the existing casting.

I cant find where it was discused but someone put up a pic? I think it was a modified roundport head where they had squared the port (for maximum volume within the boundries of water/oil pocets I guess) and still had a roundish roof..
I think is was 'clyons8' or 'D' ?

could it be an atempt at tomie style(I think?) square ports with domed roof? with Im not sure was there own casting or modified round port heads?
