Yeah I asked them about that,
Re-sleeving is no problem but I have still got to find some 11/16 pistons, and i`m not quite sure that I could get it re-machined for that price. Anyways, I have a nice shiney new 11/16 JB1117 on the way. Cheers, G O T H E D A T!!

Could you re-sleeve it for 11/16?? cost is less and stainless steel insert
is much better than factory soft alloy. Had mine done for $90 and rebuilt.

I think I will go for the 11/16 option.
The best price I could find for a jb1117 was $160.00, I think that is a little steep, but I suppose it isn`t too bad for a new item. Thanks once again for the part numbers. Cheers, G O T H E D A T!!

You'll need 13" alloys minimum to clear S13 brakes.

I've used the 11/16 3/4 and 13/16 on my 1000's with my disc brake conversion
They all work well Remember to change the rear wheel cylinders so it doesn't overbrake the back The valve us a little rubber unit under the nut in the outlet port Only an issue is you use a cylinder designed for drum brakes The 3/4 one is designed for discs...1200 coupe

Cheers,
250mm s13 silvia rotors might be a bit big for the 180b (13inch) rims I have on the front? but it sounds like the way to go. Dattoman 1k: what is the valve in the 11/16 coupe cylinder you speak of? I took the 13/16 dual master from the drag`n wag`n, I`m pretty sure i had to modify it to suit when i fitted it. Thanks for the part numbers, Has anyone tried the 3/4 without booster? It would be good if it stopped faster than it goes! Cheers, G O T H E D A T!!

JB1117 is the 11/16 1000 coupe tandem master
But you'll have to remove the valve in the front circuit to suit the discs If you have a 13/16 Sunny master on there now you must have a modified pushrod to the pedal ? If so you can use the 3/4 JB1181 master off the 1200

If you adapt 250mm S13 discs and calipers to your brakes, (and get some good pads) your car will stop as good as it goes.
I run the stock dual resivoir 11/16 B110 M/C on my 1200, with the S13 fronts, running the sh1test pads money car buy. (Silverline from repco)And it stops so well, it's hard to imagine how it could stop better, even with better pads. If you've adapted 120 discs to your car, then it shouldn't be too hard to make S13's work.

I think I have the clutch sorted out in my `67 sunny 1000 (A15 turbo, toyota 5-speed).
The 4-puck plate and exeedy p-plate seems to have done the trick at this stage (yet to try it on 25+ psi). I am now looking into getting the brakes sorted, The old girl runs 120y discs and drums. I have just upgraded to a dual circuit master cylinder system, running a 13/16 (20.63mm) master, up from the standard 11/16 (17.46mm)single. I am not real happy with the 13/16 system as I think I`ll break the back off my seat if I have to stop really fast (a bit like it needs a booster). The standard 11/16 single worked pretty well, but I am not real confident runnig a single master on the old girl (with 120+kw). I think there is a 11/16 dual system avalible maybe from a 1200 or 120y? Is there a 3/4 (12/16) dual master? Does anyone knows of part numbers for 11/16 or 3/4 dual master (NABCO, TOKIO, SANYCO), as my local REPCO dont seem to know what it is or where it goes. They seem to loathed to get out the parts catalog these days. cheers, G O T H E D A T!! You can view topic.
