excellent, thanks for the tips. have already opened out my holes on the body to fit the current struts. cool, definitely an option then.

same deal really srb, I the cusco set in my pictures disn't need any filing to fit in there but I would use dome top nuts on the adjusters like I'm running in my daily so I can put the caps on easier.

you use them 180deg around so basically it would adjust for positive camber used like this in a s13.
some people machine the top plate to get more adjsutment from them in a 1200. also i had to lightly file the dags on my strut holes in the car to install them. Only because the bolts had a bigger od then the stock bolts. apart from that no mods. i didnt machine mine at all, and with late ute ball joints get almost neg 1deg (i adjusted mine for camber and castor though). with stanza ball joints i get an extra deg of neg camber easy.

Just wondering what the deal is with using s13 camber tops in the 1200. I know I have seen a few set ups with them, but pretty sure they need to be adapted.
Anyone know the full story? Can get some cheap, otherwise will pony up for some new 1200 ones. You can view topic.
