I have an old Tomei TS timing pulley, works a charm, using a timing pulley on a mild motor isn’t worth it, on a worked motor sure,,, but, when you’ve worked it enough your almost setting it up just so your valves don’t touch the pistons more so than trying to make more power
Ohh and for "gays, enjins, diling" etc MS word spell checker works a treat ![]()

There is a cheaper way of altering your cam timing. Turn your cam sprocket around half a turn, and then dial in your cam using a degree wheel and DTI.
Once your timing is where it needs to be, drill a new dowel hole in the end of you camshaft, and tap the cam dowel back into the new hole. It's not adjustable, (Although I did once do a multi hole adjustable cam sprocket, but the engine died a horrible death before I got the chance to tinker with the timing.

Ernie, no im not gonna fiddle with it, ones its diled it remains, but its uncharted waters for me, if i make the setup right the first time round, diling tuning even replacing the cam is just so much simpler..
And it looks lekke anyway...

not sure , but are u thinking it changes timing as u go, this is a set once and lock up type set up, it does not vary timing as the engine runs.hope this help. cheers ernie
