One of those manifolds would be great for my Cherry! Would help me with some clearance isssue's I have.

what i like bout these carbs is they are lighter than the sidedrafts.
Also can have a matching tin filter air housing sitting above very period styling.

yeah im considering that setup too...just gotta find someone who can mod or fabricate a manifold. i've seen some guys on here with fcr setups and they look wicked!!

If you can find the manifolds then it would be worth it. The clearance issue is part of why I went with the FCR Flatslides, the set up I got uses a custom manifold. You might be able to mod a DCOE manifold to make this work. Part of the cost consideration for LHD cars is moving the master cylinders, which done properly is not going to be cheap. Even using something like a Wilwood Pedal set up (master mounted inside the car) with remote reservoirs is still going to cost a few hundred bucks. Might be able to get a manifold modded for that much.........just a thought.

It has been done before. In Japan. I tried chasing one up, but they have been discontinued many years ago. Basically a used item will be your only option.

I just came upon this vid on youtube. never seen this setup on an A series before. has anyone else done this?? where can one get a manifold to fit these carbs?? this looks like it would work better on a LHD B310 than the weber dcoe45 i wanted to use...for clearance issues.
