like i said, both 120y tunnels are the same

DD i can fit the stock heater in both of those tunnels. was a design consideration when i put them in as i wanted it all to look as stock as possible once it was done
not that the heater ever worked in my sedan...but it was in there

all 120Ys have the larger tunnel

I assume my car already has a bigger tunnel. I haven't been under the middle and haven't had the carpet out... but it has a CA18 box in it. It's a late 120Y.

Honestly, put the biggest tunnel in you can, it makes life so much eaiser.

Will the B110's factory heater fit when a B210 tunnel is swapped in?

It will with a B110 automatic tunnel.

both auto and manual 120y tunnels are the same. there is a difference in the floor pan between early and late ones but i dont think that affects the tunnel

120y is by far the easiest tunnel swap apart from 1200 auto tunnel

if you cant find 120y, 180b and 200b ones are pretty much the same size. just a little more work is required to get the back to match up

my first tunnel job, 180b

#1 Tunnel Question
Jesse8886 Posted on: 2010/8/24 4:50
Hey all, Rounding up parts to get the ute on its way and i was just reading the tech wiki regarding tunnel swaps i have a 1200 ute that i'm putting a ca in. I've seen the maddat ones, but would prefer to be able to run the heater box, so i was thinking about using a 120y tunnel. should i use a manual or an auto tunnel??
is there other tunnels i should be considering??
