yep, std running gear incl 56 4 speed! That won't last long with all the traction and loads going through it if you really went wheeling in rough stuff..

seen one of these at all japan day couple years ago. the wheels dont sit in middle of gaurds though, the 4wd chassis used has shorter wheel base looks funny.

I need one of those for the terrible roads back home. I really like them, the one on eBay at the moment is a bit weird though something strange going on in the front.


Deano, have a look at the one on ebay, pretty sure it's all Datsun powered gear.

yeah i remember a guy in tassie selling one like this last year in red and it was very tidy.. he only wanted 5000 for it.

Yep, I'd need to be a 4WD datsun nut or already have one of every other 1200 model to justify it but definately a cool project.

Could you run the A-series motor/tranny? I think the small Zooks have a seperate transfer case don't they?
